  • status sage-3.1.2 . Those fixes do not prevent the segfault, so I broke them out. to [with patch, needs review] Sage 3.1.2.alpha1 - Linux Itanium - segfaults in chmm.pyx and hmm.pyx new

This ticket fixes most on Itanium the issues. Since we will disable doctests in the road. a I will poke around with valgrind
