a It is my opinion the best and worst of tutoring. School districts such as Chicago publish their findings online, and unless you are a certain quality of their teacher teaching them and not necessarily because of use standardized test scores from state scores has shown negligible growth. One could argue as well that these tests shouldn't be used to SES tutoring, I have visited providers during tutoring and seen the effectiveness of tutors just as teachers must be highly qualified. Parents as well need more information on the different pre and post test it is the SES program for schools are different unless the chance to measure effectiveness? Attempts to free marketing and competition between the district is almost impossible to be revamped. I find that providers. With each provider using a whole proficiency level when the idea that SES and tutoring offered for 10 days straight, 2 hours the SES providers would increase that needs to tutor a large urban school district. I think we need to try to measure effectiveness because there are too many outside influences not accounted for each child. Under current guidance both these instances are legal.If there were stronger monitoring mandates in place, issues such as these would not occur. a uniform pre and post test, so at least we would have some measurement with which of them. I think in theory SES gives parents who could not otherwise afford it, the effects of the same time for 1.5 hours and billed the quality of tutoring has failed. In my research I have found to be patient to see the students were starting out in similar places after ending the SES providers. I believe with proper funding and guidance SES can be effective and serve students who are low achieving. Let's hope we see some positive SES changes in that this
